We appreciate your trust and support. To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchase.


1. General Terms

• By purchasing from Walker Wireless, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
• Walker Wireless reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will automatically apply to all transactions.


2. Product Availability

• All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time of order.
• Prices are final and non-negotiable unless explicitly stated otherwise during a promotional campaign or special offer.
• In rare cases of stock discrepancy or technical errors, Walker Wireless reserves the right to cancel or modify the order, with a full refund if payment was made.


3. Order and Booking Process

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment or receipt of an agreed deposit.
• Customers can reserve a device by paying a non-refundable booking token of PKR 5,000, which will hold the device for up to 5 days.
• If full payment is not completed within this period, the device will be released for sale to another customer, and the booking token will not be refunded.
• Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping details during the order process. Walker Wireless is not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.


4. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods (such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, or cash deposit) will be shared at the time of purchase.
• All payments must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure your order. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and resale of the reserved device.
• Payment confirmations should always include proof of transaction (screenshot or receipt) to avoid confusion or delays.


5. Battery Health

Battery health is a naturally degradable component that diminishes over time due to regular usage, temperature exposure, and charging cycles.
• Walker Wireless enforces a strict anti-boost policy. In the unlikely event that a battery boost strip is discovered inside the device (verified through disassembly conducted by Team Walker Wireless), the device will be exchanged immediately, valid for up to four years from the date of purchase.

  • The inspection will only be carried out by Team Walker Wireless under direct supervision via live video call with the customer present.

  • If a battery boost strip is found, a replacement device of similar condition and value will be provided.

• In rare cases, a sudden drop in battery health can occur due to software recalibration or prior device optimisation. This is a normal process and does not always indicate a battery boost.

  • In such cases, Walker Wireless will perform a thorough verification and provide full transparency to the customer.

  • If the customer still has doubts, the device can be sent back for inspection under live video call supervision.

  • If a boosted battery or any unauthorised modification is found, Walker Wireless will replace the device. Otherwise, it will be returned to the customer after confirmation that the battery degradation was natural.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s city and courier service.
• Customers may select their preferred courier and must inform us in advance if they wish to insure their shipment.

Note: Courier insurance is optional and must be paid for by the customer.
• Once a parcel is dispatched, the courier company assumes full responsibility for its safety and timely delivery. Walker Wireless cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit.

7. Warranty and Returns

10-Day Warranty:

  • Walker Wireless offers a 10-day functional warranty covering major operational faults only.

  • Customers will get a replacement device in case of functional issues in device. Change of mind not acceptable

  • In case of change of mind, Rs 5000/- will be deducted from the total value of clients device and rest of the amount will be fully refunded. Return courier charges will be on the client in case of change of mind. 
  • We have strict anti-battery boost policy. Even if after 2 years a client discovers a battery boost strip inside of their device, We will exchange their device without any questions asked. (Video proof required for such a claim)
  • Return courier charges in the case of a genuine fault in a device will be paid by us
  • In case of non-availability of the device a customer purchased, Full refund along with return courier charges will be refunded to the client within 2 days of receiving the return

• The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage (e.g., broken screens, dents, etc.)

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Tampering, third-party repairs, or unauthorized modifications

8. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any disputes or misunderstandings, Walker Wireless is committed to resolving the issue within 4 working days of receiving a formal complaint.
• Customers are encouraged to provide clear evidence (videos, messages, receipts) to assist in speedy resolution.


9. Product Condition

• All devices are sold according to their stated condition — New, Used, or Refurbished.
• Customers should review all provided photos, descriptions, and verification reports before purchasing. Once delivered, the stated condition will be considered accepted.


10. Customer Responsibilities 

• Customers must ensure the compatibility and suitability of the purchased device for their intended use.
• Any issues resulting from improper use, software modification, or unauthorized repair will void all warranties and return eligibility.
• It is also the customer’s responsibility to back up data and remove iCloud or Google locks before sending a device for repair or return.


11. Privacy Policy

• Walker Wireless prioritizes your privacy and security.
• Personal details (such as name, address, and contact number) are collected solely for order processing and will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
• Communication via WhatsApp or Instagram is kept confidential and used only for customer support.


12. Limitation of Liability

• Walker Wireless will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any purchased device.
• Our total liability, under any circumstances, will never exceed the original purchase price of the product.


13. Communication and Customer Behavior

• Calls, messages, and order processing are not handled on Sundays.
• Customers are expected to maintain respectful communication. Any individual who misbehaves, uses abusive language, or shows aggression toward staff will be refused service until behavior improves.
• Repeated misconduct may result in permanent denial of service from Walker Wireless.

14. Repurchase Policy

• Walker Wireless gladly repurchases devices that were originally sold by us, provided they are in verifiable condition.
• The repurchase rate will depend on the current market value at the time of evaluation.
• If a customer wishes to return a product within 10 days without any genuine issue, we will repurchase it while deducting only the non-refundable token amount of PKR 5,000.

  • Note: The standard market rule is a 25% deduction on returns without issues. To remain fair and customer-friendly, Walker Wireless has reduced this to a minimal fixed deduction instead.
