• Confirmation ke baad model, storage, colour, ya specification change existing token/reservation policy se handle hota hai — alag se device switch ka right create nahi hota.
• Discount, promotion, referral, multiple accounts, stacking, checkout bugs, ya pricing glitches ka clear abuse ho to Walker offer/order cancel kar sakta hai; jo amount properly wapas banana ho woh refund ho jayega.

• Reels par duplicate token refund process 1 week tak le sakta hai.
• Order ID ke baghair koi bhi device dispatch nahi kiya jayega.
• Customer ko apna naam, contact number, aur shipping details bilkul sahi provide karni hongi — sahi details se delivery smooth rehti hai.
• Agar details ghalat hon aur is wajah se delay ya failed delivery ho, Walker aap ke sath resolve karne ki koshish karega; extra reroute/redispatch charges customer side par aa sakte hain.

• Accepted payment methods purchase ke waqt share kar diye jayenge.

• Third-party payments (jaise spouse, friend, employee, company, ya wallet) accept ho sakte hain. Customer ko us source use karne ka haq/authority hona zaroori hai; naam match na kare to Walker confirmation ya proof maang sakta hai.

• Battery health naturally degrade hone wali cheez hai aur usage, charging cycles, temperature, ya software recalibration ki wajah se kam ho sakti hai.
• Walker Wireless ki strict anti-boost policy hai.
• Agar kisi device mein battery boost strip ya undisclosed battery tampering nikal aaye, aur Team Walker Wireless ki verification se confirm ho jaye, to device replace kiya jayega.

• Agar boosted battery ya unauthorized modification prove ho, to Walker Wireless device replace karega.

• Delivery ke baad normal battery degradation, charging cycles, temperature effects, ya software recalibration khud se defect nahi maane jate.

• Hum nationwide shipping Pakistan ke andar provide karte hain.
• Urgent orders: payment/confirmation ke baad dispatch 24 working hours mein hota hai, aur dispatch ke baad shipping mein 2 additional days lagte hain.

• Returned phone claim normally receive hone ke baad 4 working days tak assess hota hai; validated claim ka target total resolution receipt se 7 working days hai (≈4 assess + ≈3 replace/refund).
• Valid full refund mein woh amount shamil hai jo customer ne actually pay ki — including applicable token/advance aur us transaction ki original delivery/courier charge.
• Final replacement/refund se pehle passcodes, iCloud/Google, Find My/FRP/activation locks, SIM/eSIM, aur personal data remove karein. Data backup customer ki zimmedari hai; complete original set return zaroori hai (phone, box, SIM tray, cable/accessories, invoice jahan applicable).

• Customer data beghair explicit consent ke third parties ke sath share nahi ki jati, siwaye un suratoun ke jahan order fulfill karna zaroori ho.
• Customer data service aur quality improve karne ke liye use kiya ja sakta hai.

• Walker Wireless kisi bhi purchased device ke use ya misuse ki wajah se hone wale indirect, incidental, ya consequential damages ka zimmedar nahi hoga.

• Apple ID create na ho sakna, forgotten Apple ID ya device password, sign-in / sign-up issues, two-factor authentication problems, Apple server outages, account restrictions, ya koi bhi Apple-side software / account service issue Walker Wireless ki liability mein shamil nahi.
• Sale ke baad in matters ke liye agar customer technical support maange, to woh assistance optional hogi aur us ka kharcha customer ko separately bill kiya jayega.
• Har surat mein hamari total liability product ki original purchase price se zyada nahi hogi.

Mazeed wazahahat — Liability aur Consequential Loss

• Section 12 ke limitation provisions force mein rehte hain. Walker indirect / incidental / consequential loss (including ek product se doosre device ko alleged damage) ka zimmedar nahi, siwaye jahan liability qanoonan exclude na ho sake.
• Is Addendum se total-liability cap original purchase price se zyada nahi badhti, jab tak Walker written mein clearly agree na kare ya applicable law require kare.

• Walker Wireless WhatsApp par customer service provide nahi karta. Customers se guzarish hai ke office hours mein call karein. Calls preferred.
• Office Hours: 12 PM se 8 PM tak (Monday – Saturday)
• Sunday: Off / closed
• Chhote-chhote updates, status pings, ya bar-bar replies zaroori nahi hain aur un ka wait nahi karna chahiye.
• Order se mutaliq major details aur important updates customer ke registered number par automatically share kiye jayenge.
• Customers se guzarish hai ke routine progress ke liye repeatedly follow-up na karein; zaroori information un tak khud pohanchayi jayegi.
• Agar kisi update ki urgent zaroorat ho, to sirf office hours (12 PM – 8 PM, Monday–Saturday) mein call karein. Messages by default ek slow medium hain.

Mazeed wazahahat — Customer Conduct, Fraud aur Records

• Abuse, dhamkiyan, bar-bar spam, harassment, ya fake-review blackmail se paise/benefits mangna: Walker communication ek official channel tak restrict, future business refuse, aur genuine threats/fraud escalate kar sakta hai — genuine complaint, honest review, ya lawful dispute channels is se block nahi hote.
• Ghalat / edited payment evidence, jaan-boojh kar false chargebacks, invoice falsification requests, aur galti se bheji cheez ko jaan-boojh kar rokna suspected fraud/misuse treat ho sakta hai.
• Paid device ki third-party pickup: original buyer se clear authorisation aur collector ki ID/verification zaroori ho sakti hai.

• Walker Wireless devices purchase bhi karta hai, subject to condition, verification aur current market value.
• Device receive aur verify hone ke baad payment processing ordinarily verification ke baad 48 hours tak hoti hai (neeche buyback detail); overall transfer existing published windows ke mutabiq complete hota hai.
• Repurchase / Purchase rate us waqt ki current market value ke mutabiq hoga.
• Agar koi customer 10 din ke andar bina genuine issue ke product return karna chahe, to hum Rs. 5,000 non-refundable token deduction ke sath usay repurchase kar sakte hain.
• Note: Market mein aam tor par returns par bohat zyada deduction hoti hai, lekin Walker Wireless fairness aur customer friendliness ko madde nazar rakhte hue isay minimum fixed deduction tak rakhta hai.

Mazeed wazahahat — Buyback / Trade-In / Repurchase

• Material misdescription (chhupi repairs / changed parts, hidden faults, weak battery, MDM/lock, wagaira): Walker buyback value revise kar sakta hai. Seller accept na kare to deal cancel + return; material misrepresentation par return courier seller pay karta hai.
• Inspection + agreed value + payment ke baad transaction ordinarily final hoti hai. Defect jo Walker reasonably discover kar sakta tha lekin miss ho gaya — Walker ka commercial loss. Fraud exception: jaan-boojh kar chhupana / jhoot / tampering prove ho to dispute + recovery ho sakti hai.
• Seller confirm karta hai ke device bechne ka haq usay hai. Stolen / ownership-locked / blacklisted / MDM / chhupa ownership dispute nikal aaye to seller cooperate karega aur jahan problem seller ki ownership/misrepresentation se aayi ho, Walker ko full reimburse kar sakta hai. Pre-check deliberate concealment protect nahi karti.
• Buyback payment finalise se pehle iCloud/Google, Find My/FRP/activation locks, eSIM, personal data remove karein; incomplete hone par Walker pause/cancel kar sakta hai.

Maqsad. Yeh Addendum current operational rules record karta hai. Jo clarifications Sections 1–15 se overlap karti hain woh unhi sections mein merge ki gayi hain. Neeche alag se jo items hain woh un topics ke liye hain jo Sections 1–15 mein pehle se cover nahi.

Priority ka order. Agar Addendum kisi pehle se covered topic ke liye zyada specific rule deta hai, to sirf us topic ke liye woh specific rule apply hogi. Baqi existing Terms bilkul waise hi rehti hain. Agar pehle se published term customer ko chhoti refund period ya koi aur benefit deti hai aur yeh Addendum usay expressly replace nahi karta, to woh pehla benefit preserve rehta hai. Purchase se pehle product-specific disclosures binding rehti hain. Jo rights qanoonan exclude nahi ho sakte, unhein yeh Terms hataati nahi.

• Yeh Addendum Walker Wireless Terms & Conditions ka hissa hai. Existing Sections 1–15 tab tak valid rehti hain jab tak yahan (ya un sections mein merge) koi naya, zyada specific procedure usi issue ke liye na diya gaya ho.
• Product listing, written order confirmation, invoice, ya pre-sale disclosure product-specific details set kar sakti hai — jaise warranty duration, condition, model, storage, SIM/PTA status, included items, ya price. Yeh disclosures transaction ka hissa hoti hain.
• Agar published Walker pages par generic wording inconsistent ho aur koi product-specific term disclose na hui ho, to Walker aisa term apply karega jo us transaction ke liye pehle se promised customer benefit na hataye, applicable law ke mutabiq.
• Is Addendum ke effective hone ke baad ki purchase, reservation, repair, buyback, warranty submission, ya koi aur transaction existing Terms + is Addendum + applicable product-specific disclosures ke mutabiq hogi.
• Walker future transactions ke liye Terms update kar sakta hai, jaise Section 1 mein pehle se kaha gaya hai. Baad wala version pehle transaction se attached specific written benefit retroactively nahi hatata, jab tak qanooni tor par agree na ho.
• Agar koi clause invalid ya unenforceable decide ho, baqi clauses qanoon ki had tak apply rehti hain.
• In Terms se Pakistani qanoon ke under jo rights/obligations waive nahi ho sakte, unhein waive karne ka irada nahi.

• PTA-approved, non-PTA, factory-unlocked, JV/SIM-locked, ya koi aur network/tax status sale ke waqt disclose aur, jahan applicable ho, verify hona chahiye.
• Walker Wireless CPID / patched devices na purchase karta hai, na sell karta hai. Yeh devices hamari buy aur sell inventory se bahar hain.
• Jahan disclosed status sale par sahi verify ho chuka ho, baad mein PTA/government action, carrier policy, tax/regulatory updates, ya Walker ke control se bahar hone wale similar events case-by-case handle kiye jate hain; Walker us waqt available information ke sath aap ko guide karega.

• Initial symptoms par di gayi repair quotation change ho sakti hai agar opening/diagnosis mein extra damage ya different fault nikal aaye. Walker kaam rok kar revised quote de sakta hai; extra kaam tab hi continue hoga jab customer revised amount approve kare.
• Pehle se damaged, degraded, ya previously repaired device par Walker apne kaam se hone wali negligence / avoidable damage ka zimmedar hai — lekin pehle se weak/degraded part ya prior repair history se hone wali secondary failure ka nahi, jahan risk reasonable tha aur document kiya gaya.
• Paid Walker repair par 10-day warranty sirf us part/work par hoti hai jo actually perform hua. Yeh poori device par 10-day warranty create nahi karti.
• Agar wahi repaired part/fault 10-day repair warranty ke andar dubara fail ho, Walker wahi repair free of charge dobara try karega. Original repair fee ka turant refund default remedy nahi.
• Customer-supplied repair parts par Walker warranty nahi. Walker ko installation ke liye part dena Walker ko us part ka warrantor nahi banata.
• Agar customer fault claim karke phone/accessory return kare aur Walker ko koi fault na mile aur supporting evidence bhi na ho, to dono taraf courier charges customer pay karega. Is policy ke under alag se no-fault-found diagnostic/inspection fee nahi lagti.

• Diagnosis ke liye unlocked device ya passcode diya jaye to Walker staff sirf woh settings, apps, files, cameras, microphones, networks, ya areas access kar sakta hai jo reported issue test karne ya authorised service ke liye reasonably zaroori hon.
• Unrelated private customer content ko jaan-boojh kar browse karna mana hai.
• Jahan practical ho, service se pehle sensitive personal information remove ya backup kar lein. Order processing, support aur service ke liye customer information par existing Walker privacy terms apply rehti hain.

• Jab Walker confirm kare ke inspection/repair/claim complete ho chuka hai, customer ko device jaldi collect karna ya return arrange karna chahiye.
• Uncollected/unclaimed service device ke liye Walker roughly do mahine grace period de sakta hai. Taqreeban teen mahine non-response, documented notices, aur reasonable collection attempts ke baad, applicable law ki had tak device unclaimed/abandoned treat kiya ja sakta hai.
• Device ship karne se pehle unnecessary personal items hata dein. Walker sirf un items ka zimmedar hai jo specifically request kiye gaye aur intake par log hue. Be-request loose items — SIM, memory card, case, protector, charger, cash, ya aur personal belongings — customer ke risk par bheje jate hain.
