Full Advance Required
All phone orders require full payment in advance. No COD available for phones.
Booking Token (PKR 5,000)
You can pay a non-refundable booking token to hold your desired phone for up to 5 days.
Your device will be reserved for you.
The booking token is non-refundable.
Pay the remaining amount within 5 days.
If full payment is not received within 5 days, your order will be cancelled.
Change of Mind
If you pay in full and later change your mind, PKR 5,000 will be deducted from your refund.
Self Pickup Available
Pay the PKR 5,000 booking token to reserve your phone and pick it up from our office within 5 days.

You can choose the payment method that works best for you.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay PKR 350 in advance to confirm your order. The remaining amount is paid in cash at the time of delivery.
For Cash on Delivery, customers pay an additional PKR 250 due to courier cash-handling charges and applicable government GST. This extra charge applies to accessories COD orders only — phones are prepaid. Accessory COD cancelled/refused after dispatch: the PKR 350 advance is non-refundable (Terms Addendum §26).

Prepayment (Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash)
Pay the full amount in advance using our bank accounts or via Easypaisa / JazzCash.

Urgent orders usually dispatch within 24 working hours; standard within 48 hours after verification.
No COD handling fee on prepaid accessory orders.

Important Information
Booking Token Policy
Phone booking tokens are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
5 Days Window
Complete full payment within 5 days after paying a booking token.
Change of Mind
PKR 5,000 may be deducted from refunds on full phone payments if you change your mind.
COD Advance Required
PKR 350 advance is required to confirm accessory COD orders before dispatch.
PKR 250 COD Fee
An additional PKR 250 applies on accessory COD orders for courier cash handling and government GST.
