Official Carrier Unlocking

Some SIM-locked devices can be officially unlocked through their original carrier. An officially unlocked device offers better usability, higher resale value, and greater flexibility compared to a SIM-locked device.

Once successfully unlocked:

  • The device can use supported SIM cards outside the country.

  • The device may become eligible for PTA approval in Pakistan.

  • Its market value and resale value are generally higher.

  • If a local SIM has never previously been activated on the device, it may also receive up to four months of temporary SIM usage in Pakistan, subject to applicable PTA rules.

The amount paid for unlocking is not wasted. A successfully unlocked device is usually worth more than the same device in SIM-locked condition.

How It Works

  1. Send us your device details for verification.

  2. We will check whether the device is eligible for official carrier unlocking.

  3. You will receive an eligibility update from our team.

  4. Only make the payment after we confirm that your device is eligible.

  5. Once payment is received, the official carrier unlock request will be submitted.

Important

Please do not make any payment before receiving eligibility confirmation from Walker Wireless.

Not every device can be unlocked. Eligibility depends on the original carrier, financing status, outstanding dues, device history, blacklist status, and the carrier’s unlocking policies.

An initial eligibility confirmation means the device qualifies for submission. Final approval and processing time remain subject to the original carrier.
